ORDERS

 1. How do I place my order?
- Simply send us your order, using the Order Format provided (see Order and Payment page) to babyolala@live.com.
- We will then send you an order confirmation, together with details on how to make payment.
- Please email us a copy of your payment receipt, name and mailing address after payment is made.
- We will send out your order within 3-5 days after full payment is received.

2. How soon do I need to make a payment after my order is confirmed?
- As we process our orders on a first come first serve basis, we'd appreciate if you could make payment as soon as possible, within 1 day after your order is confirmed.

3. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can inform us through email if you'd like to cancel your order.
However, kindly be informed that we do not accept cancellations after payment is received.

4. What if the supplier runs out of stock for the item I pre-ordered and paid?
- I will give a full refund on those out of stock items.

PAYMENT

 1. How do I make a payment?
- For Singapore buyers, you can make a payment through interbank transfer. Please refer to the Order and Payment page for account number.
- POSB: Immediate ransfer
- Other banks - approx. 3 working days for payment to get through (no service charges)

- For International buyers, we accept Paypal.
Please be advised that if you would like to make payment by credit card thru Paypal, there will be a charge of 2.5% of your total purchase (including postage).
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set-up one at http://paypal.com/ at no cost.

2. Which currency do you accept?
- For interbank transfer, transactions should be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- For Paypal, we accept Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD).

3. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details through email.

SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. within 5-7 working days.
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)

2. How soon will you send out my order?We will send out your order within 3-5 working days after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock. In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled.

3. What is the shipping cost?

RETURN / EXCHANGE

1. Can I ask for a refund if I do not like the item?As we check all our items to ensure that they are in their best condition before sending them out, we are regret to tell you that we do not offer refunds for items sold.

2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
As we will not be liable of damaged / lost packages, we highly recommend Registered Post to safeguard your order.
